The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kanhauli P.S. Case No. 91 of 2017 dated 24.07.2017 instituted for the offences 379, 411, 290 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 37(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The petitioner, in a drunken condition had made attempts to take away the motorcycle of the informant. He is in custody since 14.09.2017 and does not bear any criminal antecedent.

Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56881 of 2017 (2) dt.05-12-2017 2/2 thousand) with sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi in connection with Kanhauli P.S. Case No. 91 of 2017.
