ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 27-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 09.08.2019 in connection with Sohsarai P.S. Case No. 205 of 2019 (G.R. Case No. 4232 of 2019), registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recovery has not been made from the conscious possession of the petitioner, but from the semi-constructed house, which is of the petitioner. The petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand)
