2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

for issuance of writ of certiorari for quashing the order dated 09-07-2005 passed by respondent no. I as contained in Annexure 3 of the writ application by which he was pleased to upheld the order dated 1506-1993 passed by respondent no.- 2 in Case no. 5/92 93 as contained in Annexure 2 of this writ application.

The petitioner further prays for issuance of writ / writs, order /orders, direction / directions in his favour by this Hon'ble Court in the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3336 of 2017(3) dt.15-09-2025 2/2 case.
