The petitioner is in custody in connection with POCSO Case No. 10 of 2017 arising out of Sikraul P.S. Case No. 40 of 2017, a case under Sections 342, 354, 354(B), 376, 376(G), 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act. According to the F.I.R., the petitioner raped to the sister of the informant and the victim has supported the allegation. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that allegation is not corroborated by the medical evidence. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner, hence his prayer for bail stands rejected.
