JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 04-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents. The grievance of the petitioner in the writ application is non-consideration of the case for appointment on the post of Assistant Teacher pursuant to advertisement No. 210/2010. Counsel appearing on behalf of the Commission submits that as against the unfilled 2614 vacancies of 34540, the Commission has already invited objection of all the eligible candidates and as such the petitioner may also file his objection and in case the petitioner files his objection before the respondent

Patna High Court CWJC No.409 of 2017 (3) dt.04-12-2017 2/2 no.4, the case of the petitioner would be considered objectively in accordance with law alongwith other eligible candidates. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file objection before the respondent no.4 and respondent no.4 shall be under obligation to consider the case of the petitioner objectively in accordance with law alongwith other eligible candidates.
