The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dawath P.S. Case No. 55 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 308 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is said to have assaulted on the head of Banti Tiwari by means of farsa inflicting bleeding injury to him. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. No such occurrence as alleged ever took place. He has been falsely implicated in the case due to ulterior motive. There is case and counter case between the parties. The said Banti

On the other hand, learned APP opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M, Bikramganj, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Dawath P.S. Case No. 55 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Cr.P.C.
