The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 379 / 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner was arrested with stolen motorcycle. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that though, petitioner is accused in as many as 12 cases, but in all the cases, he is on bail. In the present case, petitioner is in custody since 11.08.2021.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of custody, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.406 of 2022(2) dt.11-03-2022 2/2 furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Araria in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No. 394 of 2021.
