2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Lakhnour P.S. Case No. 123 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim with Dabiya.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 12.06.2023.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64368 of 2023(2) dt.11-10-2023 2/2 of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Jhanjharpur in connection with Lakhnour P.S. Case No. 123 of 2023.
