2. This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 16.04.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 14540 of 2023, whereby the respondent no.5 in the writ petition and the O.P. No.5 herein was directed to dispose of the representation that may be filed by the petitioner for payment of the petitioner's employees provident fund as

3. The petitioner had filed his representation dated 29.04.2024 on 03.05.2024 before the respondent no.5.

4. The Opposite Party No.5 has filed a show cause and a supplementary show cause.

5. In the supplementary show cause filed by the O.P. No.5, letter dated 25.11.2024 written to the petitioner by the Regional P.F. Commissioner-I/OIC, Regional Office Muzaffarpur has been annexed as Annexure-R/7, wherein it has been stated that the representation dated 29.03.2024 filed by the petitioner has been rejected while advising the petitioner to submit prescribed form 19 and 10C.

6. Upon perusal of the second show cause notice filed by the O.P. No.5, wherein letter dated 25.11.2024 written to the petitioner by the Regional P.F. CommissionerI/OIC, Regional Office Muzaffarpur (Annexure-R/7), rejecting the representation filed by the petitioner dated 29.03.2024 pursuant to order dated 16.04.2024, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 14540 of 2023, I find that the order dated
