JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 09-12-2019 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with CRI Case No. 724 of 2019, arising out of Jainagar P. S. Case No. 216 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 of IPC and Sections 18(c) 27(b) (ii), 18(A) (vi), 27(d) of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act.
As per F.I.R. allegation against the petitioner that without having proper license, he was engaged in the sale of drugs.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case. He is in custody for more than five months. He is ready to abide by any condition imposed upon him.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and

No.76423 of 2019(3) dt.09-12-2019 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Madhubani, in connection with CRI Case No. 724 of 2019, arising out of Jainagar P. S. Case No. 216 of 2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned with condition to co-operate in disposal of the trial and appear as and when required.
