Learned counsel for the petitioner after some arguments seeks permission to withdraw the writ application with liberty to raise objection against the Voter list of Adapur Fishermen Cooperative Society.

Even, the learned counsel appearing for the private respondent no. 6 does not object to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ application is permitted to be withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
