The petitioner seeks bail in Desari P.S. Case No. 244 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of dowry death. Petitioner is cousin fatherin-law of the deceased. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that thrust of accusation is against husband of the deceased who is already in custody. There is general and omnibus allegation. No specific overt act has been attributed against this petitioner and he is living separately and has got no concern with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband. Petitioner is in custody since 05.09.2021 having no criminal antecedent. Investigation is complete.

Case No. 244 of 2021.
