10. 01-11-2018 In view of the statements showing the particulars of payment in Annexure-A to the petitioners and the fact that the name of the petitioners stands at serial no. 306 and serial no. 33 (petitioner in MJC No. 3162/2014) in the chronological order, for the present no case for initiation of a contempt proceeding is made out.
The contention of learned counsel for the petitioners that BISCOUMAN has paid the person retiring after this petitioner has not been substantiated, save and except to the extent that in some cases where the BISCOUMAN was compelled by this court in its contempt jurisdiction to pay out of turn to some persons, such payments have been made. If the petitioner can bring before this court a single case whereunder without there being an
Patna High Court MJC No.3161 of 2014 (10) dt.01-11-2018 order of the court out of turn payments have been made, a proceeding for contempt may be initiated.
