The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. C-2-4 of 2017 dated 24.01.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 3-17(1) and 18(2) P.C. and P.N.D.T. Act.

A raid was conducted, in which it was found that the pathological labs were being run by the petitioners without having valid registration.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that they had applied for registration but there has

Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioners, above-named, are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Complaint Case No. C-2-4 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
