JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 23-01-2015 Writ application of the petitioner is dismissed for the simple reason that there is no rule for payment of pension to any government servant who has rendered less than 10 years of service. Admittedly, petitioner came to be appointed as an Assistant Teacher on the basis of a direction and adjudication made by the Hon'ble Apex Court and rendered service for about two years. The period of service naturally will be counted from the date of appointment of the petitioner contained in Annexure- 1 and his plea that there was delay committed by the State in making such appointment, which robbed him of his golden days, is of no avail.
