The petitioners seek bail in Yogapatti P.S. Case No. 434 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 353, 337 and 338 of the Indian Penal Code.
In the written report there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners.
Counsel for the petitioners submits that injuries found on the person of the injured were simple in nature. Counsel for the petitioners further submits that petitioners are
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.70901 of 2018(2) dt.10-12-2018 2/2 in custody since 20.8.2018 having clean antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioners is allowed. Let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah, in connection with Yogapatti P.S.
