2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kopa P.S. Case No. 117 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 143, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner and other accused persons are said to have assaulted the victim with knife.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the injury report only one injury has been found on the body of the victim and allegation of assaulting the victim is on four persons. He further submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 08.07.2023.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail after framing of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66488 of 2023(2) dt.16-10-2023 2/2 charge on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Kopa P.S.
