ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 17-02-2016 No one appears on behalf of the Opposite Party no. 2. The petitioner submits that he was ready to settle the dispute but things did not materialize.

Be that as it may, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 28.02.2014 is hereby confirmed on the same terms as also that the petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled, in connection with Complaint Case No. 1811 of 2011 pending before the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Siwan. However, from now the petitioner shall pay Rs. 1500/- per month instead of Rs. 750/-.
