2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 3254 ( B ), 354 (C) , 504, 509 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code . 3 . As per prosecution case , on the alleged date and time of occurrence , informant Seema Kumari received an obscene message from an unknown No. i.e., 8271098606 and also received a call from Mobile No. 8088719182. On enquiry , informant came to know that this petitioner used to call and threaten her with dire consequences.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the mobile numbers which were used to call and message informant do not belongs to this petitioner. As a matter of fact,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63978 of 2024(2) dt.30-09-2024 2/2 petitioner had lodged a complaint against the Anganbadi Sevika and in retaliation , this false and concocted case has been lodged against this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of petitioner and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Jamui in connection with Jamui Cyber P.S. case No. 12 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
