JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-02-2018 The learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case, her representation at Annexure-3 to the writ petition dated 13.10.2016 is directed to be disposed off within a specified time frame. In view of the limited prayer of the writ petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to direct the Respondent No. 4 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today.

It is made clear that till the disposal of the representation, no fresh appointment shall be made.

The learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be filing a fresh representation before the

In such view of the matter, it is directed that in case, any such fresh representation is filed within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off within a period of four weeks thereafter by the Respondent No. 4.
