2. The present writ application has been filed on behalf of the petitioners for quashing the letter No. 6994 dated 6.11.2015, letter No. 998 dated 9.2.2016 and letter no. 3790 dated 21.06.2016 and also for a direction to the respondents to take further steps treating the payment made by petitioners as
Patna High Court CWJC No.865 of 2017(10) dt.15-02-2024 2/2 full and final payment against the plot in question and further not to disturb the peaceful enjoyment of petitioners on the plot in question.
3. Considering the nature of the dispute between the parties, both the parties have agreed for arbitration under Clause 24 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
4. Mr. Dinesh Kumar Sharma (Retd. District Judge Address- A 104, Shiva Apartment, I.A.S. Colony, Near Alankar Maruti, Rupaspur, Bailey Road, Patna, PIN- 801503) is appointed as an Arbitrator in the present case.
5. The arbitrator will proceed in this case in accordance with Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
