NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 29-08-2018 This application has been listed on the letter dated 24.08.2018, sent by the Additional District and Sessions JudgeII, Gaya in connection with NDPS Case No. 02/2017, arising out of Barachatti P.S. Case No. 307/2016 in relation to order dated 20.11.2017, passed in the present case wherein a direction was given to the trial court to conclude the trial latest by nine months. The said letter postulates that out of nine witnesses only three has been examined and for examination of those other witnesses BW has been issued and a letter has been written to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Gaya to ensure their attendance as all witnesses are official witnesses and requested for nine more months to conclude the trial.

Considering the aforesaid request, time for conclusion of trial in connection with the aforesaid case is further extended
