The petitioner has filed this application for violating he order of this Court dated 30.11.2011 passed in M.J.C. No. 2036 of 2011.

On perusal of the aforesaid order, it appears that no positive direction was given, only the opinion has been given by this Court that 33 vacancies can only be filled up through an open advertisement and if the petitioner applies for the same, his candidature would be considered in accordance with law. In this application, the point of allegation has been made

Patna High Court MJC No.3257 of 2014 dt.23-05-2017 that the advertisement has not been published to fill up the 33 vacancies.
