The petitioner is accused in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 82 of 2013 registered under Sections 376 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that on 12.06.2018, at about 9.30 A.M., the informant, aged about 13 years, had gone to Jhumraj Baba Aasthan and when she went to nearby place to collect the flowers then at that time, this petitioner came near the informant and laid her on the ground and tried to commit rape with her by unfolding her Salvar. On raising alarm, petitioner fled away from there. Thereafter, informant reached at Jhumraj Baba Asthan, where her parents used to run the flower shop.

No.71423 of 2018(2) dt.07-12-2018 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner and the informant are next door neighbour and due to family dislpute, the present case has been lodged with false allegation. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 06.08.2018. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-I, Jamui, in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 82 of 2013. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
