02. Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioners to raise all issued in separate petitions under Order 23 Rule 3-A and Order 20 Rule 18(2) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, respectively duly supported with relevant facts for invocation of these provisions before the learned trial court within three weeks.

04. Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid.

05. For next three weeks from the date of this order, the proceeding before the learned Sub. Judge-I, Purnea in F.D. Case No. 110 of 2002 shall remain stayed.
