Prayer of the petitioner for bail was earlier rejected by this Court by order dated 10.01.2018 with direction to the Court below to conclude the trial within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of the order.

The Trial Court has stated that three witnesses have been examined in the case. The Trial Court has requested to grant six months' further time to conclude the trial in S. Tr. No.511 of 2016 arising out of Aurangabad (T) P.S. Case No. 124 of 2016.

Six months' further time from the date of receipt of copy of this order is granted to the Trial Court to conclude trial

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58208 of 2017(4) dt.28-11-2018 2/2 in the aforesaid case by fixing the case on day to day basis. The Trial Court will send the compliance report after disposal of the aforesaid case.
