JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "i) For commanding the respondents to make payment to the petitioner appointed as the Generator Operator, using his own generator with diesel in the office of respondent no.2 with affect from 01/02/2019 till date.

(ii) For commanding the respondents to make payment of 10% interest due to generator charge and operator charge which is due from 01/03/2019 till date.

(iii) For commanding respondents to not take work from any other person for generator charge and operator charge in the office of the District Transport Officer, Nalanda at

Patna High Court CWJC No.16325 of 2022(2) dt.05-04-2024 2/2 Biharsharif, near Bypass Road, DistrictNalanda." 2.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Transport Officer, Nalanda at Biharsharif for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
