The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No.627 of 2018 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 10 of Bihar Examination Control Act.

It is alleged in the written report that petitioner was arrested by the police from the examination centre on the ground that he had come to appear in the examination in place of Ramesh Kumar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been arrested merely on suspicion. The petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is in custody since 11.10.2018.

No.73277 of 2018(2) dt.11-12-2018 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM(West), Muzaffarpur in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No.627 of 2018.
