2. The petitioner in paragraph no. 1 of the present writ petition has sought inter alia following relief(s), which is reproduced hereinafter:

"1. That, this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction to the respondents to fill the remaining vacant seats of Home Guards in the district of Gaya against Advt. 02/2011 & 01/2009 as well as all the vacancies arising from 2011 til date of Home Guards in Gaya district due to retirement or death discharge/cancellation from remaining successful candidates of physical test of high jump, long jump, shot put test of Advt 2/2011 who have also been found to be fit in physical measurement and medical in all the blocks of Gaya district from where the had applied and were successful in above test, by making a district level merit list (and not block wise) including all these successful candidates and thereafter make selection/admission from that list on merit marks against the remaining above vacant seats of the Gaya district collectively as

Patna High Court CWJC No.13653 of 2024(2) dt.10-09-2024 2/2 has been done in several other districts against the same advt. as not doing to by the respondents is highly illegal arbitrary and discriminatory and also appoint the petitioner if she is found in such merit or for any other order or orders which this Hon'ble may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of this case."

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to file a detailed representation before the Director General of Home Guards, Bihar, Patna- Respondent No. 2 for consideration of her case for her admission as Home Guard in the District of Gaya.

4. Considering the aforesaid submission, the Director General of Home Guards, Bihar, Patna- Respondent No. 2, is directed to consider the case of the petitioner for her admission as Home Guard, as per her eligibility, in accordance with law.

5. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of.
