The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No.334 of 2016, registered under Sections 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur (Bhabua). The accusation is that Buchi Yadav, son of the informant, who was driving the passenger vehicle, was kidnapped on 02.07.2016. The informant raised suspicion against petitioner and his brother-in-law in the kidnapping of her son, as earlier they threatened for dire consequences and kidnapping of her son. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to old enmity informant has raised suspicion against the petitioner and his brother-in-law for kidnapping of her son.

No.2416 of 2017 (2) dt.22-02-2017 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the trail Court within four weeks and pray for regular bail, which would be considered by the trial Court in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
