1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) A certiorari to quash the order dated 11.4.2023 passed in Appeal Case No.04//2018-19 passed by the Court of District Officer cum- the Collector, Munger by which the order dated 23.6.2018 contained in Memo no.787 dated 23.6.2018 passed in case no.35/2018-19 passed by the District

Patna High Court CWJC No.13710 of 2023(2) dt.11-03-2024 2/2 Programme Officer, Munger has been set-aside and further directed to made selection of Rashmi Kumari (Respondent no.8).

(ii) Issuance of appropriate writ in nature of mandamus commanding Respondent no.5 (The District Programme Officer, Munger) to appoint the petitioner on the post of Anganwari Sevika, in ward no.12, Centre No.92 under Dadarijala Panchayat, Sangrampur District-Munger."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a civil suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
