In this case, the petitioners are seeking relief of
Patna High Court CWJC No.17335 of 2014(2) dt.12-12-2018 2/2 regularization and claim that the present case is exactly identical to the case of Umesh Mandal Vs. Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors. (C.W.J.C. No. 20170 of 2016) and other analogous cases and also at par with the case of Raj Kumar Yadav Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors. (C.W.J.C. No. 6299 of 2014).
Let the authority should consider the case of the present petitioners vis-a-vis the aforesaid cases and if the fact, law and prayer made in this case are found identical to the aforesaid ceases, the present petitioners will also be given the identical benefit as has been given to the petitioners of the aforesaid cases.
With the aforesaid observation, this writ application is disposed of.
