JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-01-2018 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the order dated 19.10.2016 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya in connection with first information report being Fatehpur P.S. Case No.184 of 2015 (G.R. No.2696 of 2015) by which cognizance has been taken under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 475 of the Indian Penal Code against the petitioner.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present application in order to raise all
