2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Dawath P.S. Case No. 138 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 149,323, 324, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the accused persons including the petitioners came at the door of the informant and started abusing and assaulting them by means of lathi, danda and kulhari, as a result of which, Afjal Ansari sustained head injuries.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that there is land dispute between the parties. The injuries are simple in nature. He has also submitted that there is case and counter case and the members of defense side have also suffered injuries.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Dawath P.S. Case No. 138 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
