The petitioner seeks bail in Saraiya P.S. Case No. 664 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 406 and added section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the FIR, two FIR named accused persons committed misappropriation of company's money. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is not named in the FIR. During course of investigation, name of this petitioner has come in this case on his own confession before the police recorded in connection with Saraiya PS Case No. 748 of 2020. No incriminating article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. No test identification parade has been held till date. Petitioner is in custody since 17.07.2021. Investigation is complete.
