ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 30-06-2026 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition on the ground that his application under the Amnesty Policy, 2025 is being processed and the Respondent-BIADA has directed them to withdraw the present writ petition for processing the application further.
2. Having regard to the same, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. In any application is filed under the Amnesty Policy, 2025, the same shall be processed on its own merits in accordance with law.
