2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the respondent no.2 that cognizance has already been taken in the present complaint case, hence the present appeal is not maintainable.
3. Considering the aforesaid, the present appeal seems to have become infructuous and is thus not maintainable.
4. However, if the appellants surrender before the
Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.3383 of 2025(3) dt.21-11-2025 2/2 learned Court below within a period of three weeks and seek regular bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit, preferably on the same day, without being prejudiced by this order, considering the fact that the present case arises out of a land dispute.
