2. Learned counsel for the State informs that the selection of Anganbari Sevika relates to the year 2010 and

Patna High Court CWJC No.21871 of 2012(3) dt.24-06-2024 2/2 already selection of respondent no.12 Praveen Khatoon has taken place and she is working as Anganbari Sevika. Hence, the petitioner don't have any locus once her case was rejected considering her eligibility criteria having not been fulfilled by her.

3. Considering the aforesaid information, I don't find to interfere in any manner. The writ petition, accordingly, stands dismissed.
