The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 354, 509 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 7 and 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses Act, (POCSO), 2012. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the matter has been compromised between the parties which is evident from the Annexure-2. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 01.07.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the
