JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-09-2019 The petitioner was granted bail by this Court vide order dated 29.06.2018, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32770 of 2018, in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 355 of 2016 with a direction to surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from he date of passing of the order and furnishing bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has approached this Court through the present petition seeking extension of time for surrendering before the court below.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57134 of 2019(2) dt.18-09-2019 2/2 For the reasons stated in the application for the extension of time for surrendering before the court below, the prayer is allowed.

The order dated 29.06.2018 is modified to the extent that if the petitioner, above named, surrenders before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, he shall be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 355 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

With the aforesaid modification, the application stands allowed.
