1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State along with learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.T. No.48/2021, arising out of Alauli P.S. Case No.282/2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant submits that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined and even the defence witnesses have been examined. It is next submitted that though all the prosecution and defence witnesses have been examined and now the final argument is to take place but then petitioner has sought times four times.

No.66542 of 2024(2) dt.20-12-2024 2/2 petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 09.07.2020 but then is not in a position to rebut the submission of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant that all prosecution and defence witnesses have been examined and the case is fixed for final argument and petitioner has sought time.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant, the Court is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.
