Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Yogapatti (Nawalpur) P.S. Case No. 375 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran.
It is submitted by counsel for the petitioners that other similarly situated co-accused namely, Sunil Mahto having similar allegations has been allowed regular bail.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.75289 of 2018(2) dt.19-12-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid submission, petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below and move for grant of similar privilege claiming parity with the said coaccused Sunil Mahto. Prayer for anticipatory of the petitioners is therefore, rejected.
