2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 316(2), 318(2) and 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. Petitioner has been made accused in this case only on the allegation that the mobile number which was allegedly given by the accused belongs to the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He is neither known nor anyway related with accused Subodh Kumar. Petitioner has got no concern either with the owner of the land or the accused persons. Not a single penny has been transferred in the account of the petitioner. Petitioner

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 166 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
