====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 17-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 172 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that victim girl has given statement under Section 164 Cr. P.C., copy of which, has been enclosed as Annexure-4 wherein she has stated that she herself told the petitioner to perform marriage and had voluntarily gone with him. In the statement recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C., the victim girl has stated her age as 16 years. The court has also assessed her age to be 16 years. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the
