Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 379, 307, 354, 448, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Both sides are agnates. Allegation is that the petitioner and others committed house trespass and committed assault to the housemate of the informant.

Considering the general and omnibus nature of allegation and background of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, who is aged about 60 years, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

No.59029 of 2019(2) dt.27-09-2019 2/2 learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Agiaon 'G' Police Station Case No.87 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
