Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has superannuated. However, his case for grant of ACP was not considered. Referring to the order passed in CWJC No. 57 of 2017 dated 17.11.2017 he submits that this writ petition may also be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh application for consideration for consideration of his case for grant of APC before the District Programme Officer, Madhubani. In the aforesaid circumstances, it is directed that if the petitioner files representation before the District Programme Officer, Madhubani within a period of four weeks from today, he

Patna High Court CWJC No.424 of 2017 dt.30-11-2017 2/2 shall examine the claim of the petitioner and pass a reasoned and speaking order within a further period of three months from the date of filing of such representation.

It is made clear that this court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case.
