2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs this Court that in spite of the fact that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.13848 of 2023 dt.02-01-2024 2/2 petitioner has filed a detailed representation before the District Magistrate, Rohtas in light of the specific direction given by the Deputy Secretary, Panchayati Raj Department as contained in Memo No. 9999 dated 19.10.2022, the grievance of the petitioner has not been redressed.

3. Considering the aforesaid information given on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate cum Collector, Rohtas to look into the affairs of the Chhatauna Panchayat, District - Rohtas and take appropriate action on the basis of the audit for the concerned financial year and the report submitted by the three men committee as contained in Annexure-5.

4. The above action must be taken by the District Magistrate cum Collector well within a period of six weeks and information to the above extent must be provided to the petitioner.
