JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 489(B) and 489(C)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 16/17 of Unlawful Activity Act. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court and taking note of the allegation levelled against the petitioner, again I do not feel inclined to release him on bail on the ground mentioned in previous order dated 18.03.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12346/2016 and accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with A.T.S. P.S. Case No. 01/2015, pending in the court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2599 of 2017 (3) dt.29-03-2017 2/2 Patna stands rejected.
