The petitioner seeks bail in Kotwali P. S. Case No. 341 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 493 and 476 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 6/8 of the POCSO Act, 2012 .

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that victim has herself given her statement u/s 164 of the Cr. P.C. which is annexed as Annexure-2 to the bail petition, wherein, she has stated that she was in love with this petitioner for last eight months and also established physical relationship with him and she has performed marriage voluntarily with him and started living him. She has filed the case because petitioner always objected her to go to her Maika. She has also stated in

Petitioner is in custody since 4.6.2018 Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Distinct and Sessions Jude 1st cum Special Judge POCSO Patna, in connection with Kotwali P. S. Case No. 341 of 2018, Spl. Case no. 104 of 2018 subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
