The petitioner has prayed for considering his claim for compassionate appointment taking into consideration the financial constraint and destitute faced by the petitioner and his family after the death of his father Yogendra Paswan who was the sole bread earner and was working in the Commercial Taxes Department, Government of Bihar.

3. The claim of the petitioner cannot be taken into
